”Oh Moma!”
Tonight I had the best stuffed bell pepper I have ever eaten. I fixed two expecting them to be merely OK and I would freeze one for another meal in near future. I started with a recipe I found at cook.com but discovered after I was in the middle of the prep work that I did not have the seasonings and spices the recipe specified. So I made an experimental mix from spices and herbs I have. I do not know how close my mix came since I have never knowingly tasted “Italian Seasoning”. I also decided to use my unused steamer to cook the bell peppers before stuffing them. The steaming produced an unbelievably tender and tasty bell pepper.
I actually only used the oven to reheat the stuffed peppers. I ate one and was stunned. I made a truly great dish. About an hour later I gave into the temptation and ate the second pepper. I will make another batch using the specified seasonings and spices just for comparison. Sadly I discarded the excess “imitation” Italian spice I made. Click the picture for the recipe as I modified it.
My tomato plant did not seem to be growing so I raised the temperature setting on the thermostat to 76F. Hopefully that will be warm enough for the plant to flourish.
If you want to see a creative and funny guy make giant swords watch
Big Giant Swords on the Discovery channel. The show also has a very hot looking blacksmith. She is shown in the picture above. Click the picture to access the shows website. I find it fascinating simply because of the main character.
Have a wonderful night. Next century will be better and we will all dance for joy when 2100 arrives.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
