Read on and fall sound asleep
Sometimes with very little effort I can become a chrome plated asshole. Today I sat in my “cavern” with the lights on low and watched a couple episodes of “Doomsday Preppers”. By the time I realized what a dose of poison I had adsorbed it was too late. I went to the kitchen to get a banana and on the way back was stopped by my wife who wanted to read some booklets about the cost of medication we take. She right in that we can save a significant amount by getting 90 prescriptions filled at Walmart. But one of mine does not have a generic equivalent and I don’t want to risk it. I take Livado for high cholesterol despite my total being 79 units of whatever. That ticked my mind over to the medical scare being run on Americans. We take more and more expensive medicines than any other peoples yet our general level of health is lower. The big drug companies are getting rich over our bloated corpses. But none of the drug “suits” were around. At that time younger grandson came in and took the remote control off my wife’s lap and flipped the tv to a stinking never ending over hyped college basketball game. Almost as bad as the drug scam is television’s hype of college basketball. I can think of no less useful activity than basketball.
Now I had a live target. I lit into that innocent young boy about the sports crap in the living room and so forth and so on. Just as I finished scorching his flesh our younger daughter walked in and asked my wife if she could use her car. I jumped on her with my full fury and said mean hurtful things that I knew immediately I should have eaten. Finally with all the fire in my belly disgorged I slunk back to my cave. I doubt I can remove any of the hurt I inflicted.
So today I was an AH and tonight I feel like what is excreted from such an orifice.
Tomorrow we have lunch with my brother and his wife and our senior sister.
