I went to Kerrville early this morning for the Memorial service for
Mike Farhoudi. He was an extremely loving and social person. I doubt a
person in Kerrville has not met and moved by his open heart. The world
is much poorer for his passing. I took my son and his two sons. It
was a long tiring trip but I could not tarry. I had to see my wife.
Shattered Manor is horribly lonely place without her.
On the way I realized that out three children do not know or
understand or love and need for this home. We both were rootless a
children and had a deep hunger/need for A HOME. We will die if we ever
leave shattered manor. Everything that means anything to us is here or
started here. We have stayed through 12 hurricanes and unnumbered
floods.
